NJ Home Maintenance did a great job with the gutter cleaning/power washing of my home. Estimate was detailed, turnaround time fast, customer service a breeze, and attention to detail while the crew (Alex and I believe Millie or Mills) did an incredible job. Alex also took the time out to fill me in on other problematic areas. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. Most importantly he didn't try to sell me he told me he would write down what was wrong let the office staff know than Patrick emailed me the repairs (which was 1. to reseal a leaking mitre and 2. a recommendation to have gutter screens installed since in two years they would basically pay for themselves. Patrick was polite and wasn't pushy he said feel free to contact us anytime, ask us any questions and if you decide to proceed thats absolutely fine if not we can do a gutter cleaning for you in the future if you prefer. I asked for estimate to be sent over, included in the estimate was a free gutter cleaning before screens are installed - so how could I not sign off on that its saving me money already. Since the initial cleaning was just completed I'm having them come back in November to do the gutter guards. Im not one to leave reviews (I do often read them that is how I came across these fellas in the first place) but I had to for this company. Wouldn't use anyone else. Also great to know that they do a variety of services beyond what they have listed on their website. 30 reviews on yelp - 5 stars, all 5 stars on google and 5 stars on here. In my OPINION this company obviously cares about their customers not just about money.

Jose and Stan came to clean out my gutters this morning and I can honestly say that I was very impressed by the work ethic I saw. Was very satisfied with the prompt service. They helped correct a gutter problem and even were able to clean out all the gutters on the house at the same time,when I was concerned with the pine needles I could see blocking the back of the house which was not in the original estimate.

NJ Home Maintenance Services helped me finally resolve a gutter issue I was having and I could not be more pleased by their work and professionalism. The estimate was in my hand within 24 hours and one of their staff members, sorry can't remember his name, explained in great detail exactly what I needed to correct my problem and it seems to in fact have resolved the ice damning issue. Great guys all around!! I give them a thumbs up and will call them again. It's difficult to find a contractor you can trust but these guys gave me a good vibe, they seemed honest from the beginning and very caring! I'm happy

NJ Home Maintenance Svcs made it very easy, form filled out estimate sent back, signed it and left deposit, work was completed with pictures and invoice left. Pictures emailed showing work completed before/after and credit card charged to zero out balance hassle free and attention to detail was amazing.
