    Wilson is a thief. We signed the contract, he took the money and never started the work. Please stay away from NJ Reliable Group! They scam people for money.

    I would never recommend NJ Reliable for any type of job. Unfortunately, I have found so many people that had the same awful experience as we have. We signed a contract for a new deck last October-2020, and gave a deposit. They didn’t begin our deck until March-2021and almost finished in April-2021. We never received the original order and had to go with a different material and color. No one ever notified us of any changes, and we made several attempts to communicate with Wilson , especially since he was the building supervisor. To this day, we still have loose boards, that have never been secured. Claudio is quick to take your money, but never responded or resolved the situation. Wilson is very rude and unresponsive. Don’t waste your money with these two, it’s just not worth the stress and aggravation. Definitely not RELIABLE!

    Do NOT use this company for repairs or Reno’s. Paid $200+ in cash for them to fix two collars around vent stack pipes on my roof thinking it was a quick job. They came and did the work to find a few rain storms later the same issue was occurring. The owner of the company consistently assures me they were willing to come out to redo the work, but has been over three months and they have not shown. Hard to find good contractors these days and this company is certainly not one of them. If you have had a similar experience please file a complaint and report their license to Union County.

    Currently pursuing a civil suit against Claudio and Wilson after many tries to get them to finish and fix the terrible work on our house. Please do not get involved with them!

    A bunch of cheaters. They made me sign the contract and took the initial deposit. After that day they never show up. Try to stay away from them
