If you are considering using NJM, ask anyone who lives at 215 East 80th Street about their experience with NJM's handeling of their lobby/hallway renovation. The project was supposed to take less than a year including planning. We are now well over three years into the project and more than 50% over our original budget of $1.5M. Moreover, the quality of the workman ship (on the few days when anyone shows up) is terrible. While the problems we have experience may not be all their fault, it's hard to see how they can justify not showing-up, often for weeks at a time and dragging this project out for so long.
