    Alex, was an amazing installer. Since the beginning was very detailed and explain the whole process. He was kind enough to be with me in every meeting I had at HD to go over my kitchen. Every time I had a change of mind or a question I would call him and every time he responded my calls. Never once had a problem with Alex and his crew. Would recommend Alex to anyone and everyone!!!

    We ordered cabinets from Home Depot and Alex and his crew installed my cabinets and did a wonderful job. There were some miscommunication issues in the beginning of the process but it worked out and things got back on track fast. Alex was sure to stay in touch, answered my texts and calls in a timely manner. Haziel was the installer and he was very professional and did a wonderful job. He showed up early the day of installation and got the job done and they look outstanding!!! Alex made sure we were satisfied with the work and made sure we knew we could always call anytime if we needed anything. I would recommend this company again!

    We had the best experience with Alex and his crew. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had, and I had a lot of questions! From the initial measurement to the actual install of our cabinets, he made the whole experience stress free and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. His crew was efficient and they worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. They showed up a day earlier than expected which was awesome with how long every other part of our remodel was taking, and the project was completed promptly. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Home Depot contractor for Cabinet Installation

    Agreed with the other two comments. Home Depot Cabinet sales person Lindsay was great but Alex at NM Renovations by Design was HORRIBLE!!! He also told me he would install the microwave and then after they started the cabinet install his installer said they don't install microwaves?? Alex assured me he would install my cabinets on Saturday Sept 24 and to go ahead and schedule Rocky Mountain Stone to come out Monday the 26th to do the countertop template. He never showed Saturday morning and finally returned my call telling me his installer was a no call no show and had no other installers. I had to cancel my appointment with Rocky Mountain. After numerous unanswered texts and phone calls he finally had an installer come after 5 on Monday 26th. On Tuesday when the installer was getting ready to leave, I asked him if he would plug in my stove and push it back. He said it wouldn't go back as the stove was hitting a bracket on my stove leg and it couldn't go back. I was like what??? Alex came out and measured, why didn't he tell me there would be issues with my stove being able to fit?? I waited for Alex to come check the job like he said he would and he never showed up. The next morning my licensed contractor was looking at the cabinet job and the issue with my stove and advised me that they covered up the gas access line which was out of code. He couldn't shut off the gas to pull out the stove to assess the stove issue. Cabinet needs to be taken out and can so we have access to turn off the gas value. Alex even asked the installer to tell me he needed approval in writing to cut the back of the cabinet for the gas line. I sent it to him via text. Alex never showed that evening to check his installers work like he said he would via text. The next day I wen to Home Depot to escalate to the Cabinet department. They called Alex's boss, Stephanie and Alex and he said he would come back the next day, Saturday Oct 1. I waited and waited and he didn't show. I texted him, called him and no response. I called him on Monday Oct 3rd and he did not answer my text or calls. I escalated once again to Tina at Home Depot and she is escalating with Stephanie at NM Remodeling by Design. I am also escalating to Home Depot and the Better Business Bureau. I can't use my kitchen!!!!!!!!

    Worst experience of my life! Absolutely do not go with this company! They promised they would install my countertops, sink, dishwasher, vent hood and backsplash and walked out after only installing the cabinets leaving us with no kitchen! We literally just moved here from out of state. And know we don’t have an operational kitchen and no one to finish. And this is after Alex was 8 hours late to the second day of the job. Avoid at all cost. And don’t use Home Depot’s installation because they use them as well!
