    For over 13 years, I had wished, fantasized, planned and ultimately put off my condo renovation. I knew exactly what I wanted but didn't know whom to trust with such a large project. We all know the horror stories, but you won't find one here! After friends introduced me to Val and his wonderful team of NNV Construction and Design, I never hesitated again.

    Months later, I now have a beautifully remodeled condo - walls were taken down, a laundry room now exists where there wasn't one, the kitchen was completely gutted and redone and the two bathrooms are completely remodeled!

    Most importantly, work was done quickly and all work was under permit and city inspected which gives me an added feeling of confidence.

    I've recommended Val to everyone I meet who might be looking for a contractor who has a great design sense, will listen to you and then carry out the plan.

    My condo is everything I dreamed of so many years ago - if you are looking for a wonderful group of people to share your dream with - go with NNV - they are new friends and don't leave after the last nail is struck or the last bit of finish is put on your job - Val encourages you to call him after the job is done.

    One more thing - everyone asks me if there is anything I would have done differently if I could do it all over again - I can honestly say no - there is nothing! What a great relief that is - Call NNV you won't be sorry.

    NNV Construction & Design Inc. was referred to us by a friend to do a full renovation and room addition. Their work ethics is excellent and they know what they are doing. Val has been very considerate and his crew are the best. There is no problem that they can not solve and their workmanship is excellent.
