This contractor has done everything in their power to delay the projects we do. I n no way shape or form, have they lived up to ANY thing they say relating to the website in which they have www.nobarinc.com. I've heard this from owner to owner to owner that its the same problem over and over again! Time lines mean nothing. Dates and schedules mean nothing. not to mention they call their own employees the N - word. I can't wait until this project is over and this contractor is far behind me. Fair warning to all, Using these people will bring nothing but heart ache, problems between trades and delays 10 fold. Prepare your lawyers should you hire these people in any way shape or form!
