DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He doesn't show up when he says he will and he changes his pricing after he rips up your home. He seemed incompetent to me, so I fired him after one day and paid him more than I should have for 1/3 of the work he originally quoted. Rather than being satisfied, he left me and my wife nasty messages and used a collection agency.

Too bad there isn't an option for 0 stars or negative. These guys did a relatively big job for us and seemed very nice at the beginning. They imploded over time, they didn't know how to manage subs and timelines and blamed everything on us, our engineers, architect, employees, etc... They are overly aggressive and litigious on the legal front so I would just recommend you move on and look elsewhere. There are a lot of contractors out there to choose from. Working with Kim and Quail will give you heartburn and you run the risk of ending up in a lawsuit as many on this review site seem to have experienced as have we.
