    Water Floor Restoration
    $11,000
    7 days

We are home owners that were faced with some water damage from a leaky fridge. We also live out of state. Brad took care of everything, did a fantastic job working with us and our circumstance and I honestly couldn't rate them higher. Brad you are welcome to use my personal details as a contact reference at anytime. Thanks J&G

    bathroom re-do after water damage
    $5,000
    30 days

We needed Noble Industries for a bathroom re-do after our master bath shower head leaked behind the wall. Eco Dry in Mesa came to dry the water damage and they in turn called Brad Holyoak from Noble Industries to do the reconstruction which included replacing the shower stall, drywall and linoleum flooring as well as repainting the new drywall. Brad came almost immediately to assess the damage and once papers were signed it was clear sailing from there. He took over contacting the contractors for each phase of the replacements keeping in constant contact with us and returning every phone call or inquiry the same day. He also worked with our homeowner's insurance answering any questions they had and staying within their cost schedule. He was most accommodating due to the fact that we own several large dogs and required a 30 minute warning before any contractors entered our home. He made sure to let each worker know to call first and it really made our preparation for "company" easy which we greatly appreciated. Brad was beyond professional as he seemed to take a personal interest in our job being done right and as we wanted. He inspected the work after each contractor was finished and went on to the next phase in a timely manner. The only delay we experienced was my fault as I took it upon myself to order special flooring through Home Depot which took longer than they said it would. Brad was more than patient with my decision and stayed in touch to see if and when I had heard from Home Depot for the delivery date. Turns out it took close to 2 1/2 weeks for it to arrive, but the day it did, Brad was right there to pick it up and arrange installation the following day.
If I ever need any type of reconstruction work done again I would not hesitate to contact Noble Industries. Brad was honest, fair and friendly. I highly recommend this company and can truly say you will not be disappointed with the finished results. Our bathroom looks beautiful and our family could not be more pleased. Thank you Noble Industries and Brad Holyoak. It's nice to find good old fashioned service and respect once again.
