VERY disappointed!! They were suppose to hook up a washer and dryer upstairs. They ran all the water lines but not the gas lines for the dryer. Josh claimed the gas lines weren’t in the original estimate. I never received an estimate other than a verbal one which I did mention that it was a gas dryer. They put all the pipes and the box for the water on the outside of the wall and did not recess it like it is supposed to be. Therefor my washer and dryer sits far away from the wall looking odd sitting out so far in the room. They also forgot to hook up the line for the water to drain. It cost me another $550.00 to have it finished by the guy who came out to put a dryer vent in. I’m not sure why the plumber didn’t do that. My husband was a plumber and I know he did the vent when hooking up a washer and dryer on his jobs. Josh spoke to the guy that did my vent and said he would pay for him to finish the PVC pipe for the draining of the washer. I will never call them for plumbing need again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The only good thing I can say is they came out within a week after talking to them. I can’t say enough how disappointed and upset I am!!! The website also says 10% discount is offered to new customers which was not offered nor did I get the discount. I did not get a written estimate or a receipt either so it’s his word against mine when it comes to running the gas line. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and am very disappointed and upset it all just looks like crap!
