Although it took numerous correspondence, texts, phone calls, etc., today, Mr. Noe's roofer came, evaluated the situation, and showed me evidence of where and how the water was finding its way inside. He then left and returned a short time later with matching shingles, and repaired my roof. It looks good and I am hopeful we are truly "dried in" once again. Thanks Mr. Noe.
