Initial interview was for a flat recreational deck with high traffic. We agreed to TPO. nolans installed it with attachment plates so I now have 300+ raised domes all over my deck. Manufacturers say incorrect application for flat deck this is specs for a roof. I have 30 wrinkles incorrect adhesion. I've asked nolans 3 times to come look at it but Roger declined all 3 times. I've had 6 contractors look at it all say incorrect installation for flat deck. I've called manufacturers they won't warranty roof installation for a deck. Roger has abandoned the project. I should have never paid him the 10k. Shame on you nolan roofing
