Tomás spent two full days at the property with two additional staff. The first phase (weeding, pruning and edging lawn) went well and we were very pleased. $1400.
The second phase, they spread compost throughout the yard and left some piles. They did not clean up around the beds, garden paths, or the driveway. Compost was resting on the house siding on the ground. They charged $2400 to buy, haul and spread the compost. When we asked them to clean up, we were told they would come back to do so. It has been a week and they have not come.
