We had a large pole barn built by Charles Noldy. Very detailed and thorough. He worked closely with us on our expectations and we were incredibly happy with the results.

Charlie cuts corners when the homeowner is not around. Promises to finish other projects then he disappears
He charges more than he quotes and threatens to not finish the job
When he damages materials the homeowner pays for he doesn’t replace
