Noma construction misled me and lied to me from the first day we met. I believe Manny sold his license to this jerk David who said he was the owner, not true The six month job turned into a 2 year job because I was not at the job on a daily basis. Otherwise I would have fired them after the first month. Cannot trust a word that Manny says.
Their workmanship is terrible. I needed to do everything over and it cost me double. All of their subs are third grade workers. Dirty rats. Do not even think of using them.
