My experience working with Norb was awful. I own a non profit school for children with special needs and we hired him to address our back yard issues such as fencing, leveling the ground etc. we went around for a year. Finally I did my own digging - come to find out he had been lying to us about the delays for months- he even lied about going to the city for permits etc. So here we are a year later, no progress. I hope he’s ashamed of himself.
