    It sounds like I had a complete opposite experience from the guy above, Doug D.

    Reading the previous review, I was very reluctant to give NorCal a chance; especially because I got burned by so many contractors in the past; however, once NorCal Construction explained the situation, I realized he was worth a shot.

    NorCal Construction was not the cheapest; however, he was competitive with other bidders.

    The owner of Norcal Construction, Russell, was timely, very efficient in his explanation of the job by laying out all possibilities in order for me to consider prior to committing to the work, he was respectful, detail oriented, and completed ALL of the work before the expected timeline. What I really appreciated in addition to the top notch quality work was his sincere interest in my thoughts and expectations as he made every attempt to problem solve the many issues my house had in order to meet my expectations.

    I am very grateful for the diligence, professional expertise and quality of work as a result by NorCal Construction.

    Quality contractors who are not going to break the bank are difficult to find. I am a very particular person, so when I say I am very pleased with the results, that is an understatement.

    While you can't ignore Doug D.'s review, I highly recommend you give Russell the opportunity for any construction work you may have and decide for yourself.

    repair termite damage

    Stay away from this guy. He is lazy, a rip off artist, and non-professional. He is dishonest and has damaged many parts of our home. he kept our project on hold in the middle of the work for months, then wanted a 4oo% increase in costs. He is a bad guy. Run away from his as soon as possible.
