Nordman Enterprises

I have commitment from Nordman to renovate my home ($100k range). They left it as they would schedule skills to come out and assess for final quote. Past week they stopped communicating - i sent text to richard - no response. Next i'm just going to stop by and get what's up first hand! I'll revise this once we start moving forward.

stay away! unprofessional as can be. our first appointment with them the guys completely did not show up. the next day the showed up. while repairing the roof, they caused damage to my siding. they did come out to fix a leak that appeared after they replaced the roof pretty quickly. then they decided to replace the siding on my house and things got out of hand. I wasnt given notice that they were coming so I pulled into my driveway to a driveway full of siding and shenanigans. (they did a beautiful job btw) however no one on site spoke to me or told me anything. I left after making a few phone calls and still not know what was going on and came back (it was dark btw) to a driveway full of nails and the several ladders leading up to my second story (right up to my windows btw) straped to trees making ease for burglars without notice that they were coming back or when. after several irate phone calls someone finally (who doesn't work there anymore) came to unstrap the ladders and lay them in our backyard. when I woke up the. ext morning there were still ladders propped against the house. luckily those weren't strapped and they were secured inside my home. the level of unprofessionalism is real. and yes they did finally finish my roof it took them multiple attempts and like 15 phone calls.

I would highly reccommend Nordman. They just completed putting on our new roof. I couldn't be happier with their work. First, they had the best price of nearly 10 quotes we got.. And this isn't an easy roof. We had at least 3 companies who after seeing the roof, say they wouldn't even quote it. It's large, lots of angles, but mainly too steep for some to even work it. our highest quote was over 10k more and the man said it would take 2 weeks to complete. Nordman not only beat the price, but completed the work in 2 days. They had a crew of 10 men working 13+ hours days-so a lot of man hours! And, that crew was a well-oiled machine! After the first day, even tho they were coming back they did a really nice clean up before they left, they arrived when they said they would(actually earlier!), and they did a really nice job. The owners of the company were very helpful in picking out shingles, the quote we got was the price we paid(+ one replaced board at $45), we'd actually expected there would've been more to replace . The roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with this experience-how often can you say that!
