    Remodel basement
    $50,000

    Stated basement project,, “2 maybe 3 months, All top end product and no extra money out of pocket. Stated end of January and we’re now ending August. Still not done and has sub-contractor working because he has no employees.. They have been on site 37 days out of 8 months . Got a txt starting he would complete the work week after 22 July.. 36 days and still no work or contact,,, Still can’t get access to the basement for inside the house. A dozen issues that need to be replaced or repaired. Left us and another job in NC and their out almost $100,000

    This Persons Complaint is Unwarranted and False . This customers Wife has filed Fraudulent Complaints with the contractors Board and consumer affairs they were both DENIED due to the fraudulent information provided by this customers wife . Requested payment per contract at completion of job this was in July 22 of 2021 the job was 97% completed with photos to prove it . the lawyer never herd back from them for payment or completion ! I also have text messages from this customer stating that they would withdrawal this complaint but never did . As for there NC claims they are completely false . Some people no matter how hard you try you can never make happy .
