The high winds blew off my roofing tiles, and the weather forecast called for heavy rains.
I reached out to Noreve Roofing and Milton (one of the owners) showed up within an hour to inspect the damage and provide me with an estimate. He introduced himself and before launching into an explanation of Noreve's roofing services he advised me to have the exposed roof protected from the imminent rain. He offered to cover to the exposed roof with a tarp right then and there. He just climbed down and it began to pour. He reviewed the damage explained what needed done and advised on the quality type that would result a decrease in my insurance. He provided a formal quote and I was able to submit my claim that very day. As soon as my insurance claim was approved I gave him the go ahead. The next day he showed up with his crew at 8 am and began removing the remaining roof tiles. I expected to take at least 6-7 hours so I intended to check in at noon. At 11:00 he called me to say that the work was done, cleaned up and he was leaving.
The quality of their work, was excellent; they coordinated the City inspection process, The project was finalized (City approval) without any corrections needed.. i.e., they did it right the first time.
Milton kept me up to date on the schedule, material selection and other issues related to the job. Milton and his crew were exceptionally easy to work with, and I highly recommend Noreve Roofing for residential roofing work.
