Nice looking house built in 2007, but we have experienced multiple water incursion issues:
-Leaky roof repaired-mold in wall
-Most of my outdoor window sills have needed replacement-they all rotted (with ant nests and even mushrooms growing from the wood). Stained outdoor siding was regularly maintained.
-My lakefront window leaks near peak, 2+ story house with water dripping 25 feet down inner wall and into basement, likely a huge repair (just obtaining bids)
-Wood deck railing is rotted and will need replacement
