Beware, I hired him to repair my fresh inlet pipe, due to a city violation that I received. He gave me an estimate and the amount that the job would cost. After they started the job, he added $500.00 more to the job. My advice to you, is if you receive a city violation from the city, contact the city Help, they have registered plumber who will do the job for you and you can get an interest free loan from the city. He told me that he was on that list of plumbers, no he is not, therefore I was unable to secure the loan.
