Came over, didn't do what I asked him to do. Instead he talked and talked about his military service, the "old days," and poked around my house, sticking a light bulb that was on a plug into all my outlets to see if the outlet was working!!! The light bulb burned out and I gave him one of mine!!! And then when an hour was up he said, "Well, I might as well do an inspection, as we are into the second hour." I thought he was going to do what I asked him to do, which was to change out a GFI outlet. Instead, he told me my electrical wiring was a mess and that I needed thousands of work done. That he'd bring over a relative to do the work. He charged me for two hours' worth of "work."
