    Pathetic contractor

    This contractor not only does pathetic work, but also does not respond to phone calls ,emails, messages for follow up. Also because of his,Gary Kuhr, failure to pay his subcontractor,Robertson's, a mechanics lien was filed on our property. He still will not respond to any correspondence from me

    workmanship was poor. i had to constantly call the owner,Gary, who would not return calls on numerous occasions to either finish the job or correct the deficiencies. finally after all work was completed, several weeks later i received a mechanics lein on our property by his subcontractor ROBERTSONS because North American had not paid him to ate he still has not paid the sub contractor, even though he was paid in full….and the mechanics lein on my property is still in effect.
