Overall, I was not happy with North American Deck. They subcontracted the work to a crew that was unreliable and took too long to complete the job. I didn't feel there was proper oversight on the job and there were many issues with the construction. The deck took well over a month to complete. It was simply a bad construction experience for me and my family. I believe you can have your deck built by a better contractor.
