They are very honest and do great work. We had other companies come out when out A/C unit when out, and all of them told us we needed to replace our furnace at the same time. North Carrollton Heating and Air came out and said if only the A/C unit wasn't working, and the furnace was working fine the prior season, that there was no need to get a new furnace. I will absolutely use them in the future.
