Run away from Carl Roff - he built our house and walked off the job when he failed final inspection. We were left with leaky roofs, improper waterproofing, a defective air conditioner, and plumbing problems. we have spent $50k so far to repair his shoddy work. And my kitchen cabinets are installed crooked. He has multiple judgements against him but I only found out when I consulted a lawyer. Stay away. you’ve been warned.

Carl Roff is a con man. He is a sub-contractor masquerading as a general contractor. We hired and then fired him as quickly as possible. Biggest personal mistake I have every made was trusting that man.

North Point and I have worked together on a wide variety of projects. From concrete to siding, drywall to additions, and several in-between. North Point is an excellent resource and I would highly recommend him to any homeowner looking for a quality contractor with skills to build or remodel anything. I am in the trade and use his crews as often as possible...

Carl Roff (owner) seems knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. I believe he will put spin on this and other negative reviews. However the reality is that my advice above comes from direct experience with him. I halted the project due to schedule slips and cost increases that occurred before any significant demolition occurred. I did have him pour several hundred square feet of concrete patio and it is now full of cracks.
