Fence was purchased 07/2009 and looked great. From the start though they didn't have enough caps to cover all my posts and I had to go to the store and pick it up and they chipped away at my concrete when they didn't have to and their attempt to replace looks hideous. Recently the bottom rail gave way and cracked where the fencing rests (12/2012). They wanted $300 to send a truck to fix 2 pieces and told me it wasn't their problem!!! After spending $12,000 on a fence, I do have to say I expected a little better customer service! Based on how their attitude towards their customer (me) changed, I would not recommend them to a friend/relative, since I don't want them to do the same to them. Buyer beware...Normal sales scenario here, they care until they have all your money!
