I just had North Shore redesign and remodeled our home we had for 30 years. Man I couldn't ask for a better job. everything is absolutely beautiful. From start to finish Paul and Charlie led us the whole way and worked with us thru our change request. Being an older house many unforeseen problems arose, some requiring change orders that were more than fair where they could of taken advantage of us. We used outside contractors for specific items and were they stumbled on the job Paul worked with them to get it done correctly. I could go on for much longer. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to Anybody. Thank you for a wonderful job we love it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. After 8 months, our house is still being built. Every single day there is a problem with something. At this point I truly believe the contractor is screwing up on purpose so that we walk away and he can sell it for more money now that the market has changed. They are disgusting human beings who lie repeatedly (we've caught them red-handed) and have zero integrity. Their behavior has made it necessary for us to get a lawyer. Absolutely ridiculous experience that I could have lived my entire life without.

Horrible ..beware ..
My floors are falling apart .. the sub floors not installed correctly .. my stair case shifting an moving shot mess! Multiple issues with the home.. they agreed to make repairs and then did not! Charlie an Paul are shifty liars
