North Star Rd Development

I have been complained by the next neighbor because the dirt was dumped their property. I hired the contractor for widening my driveway. Frank from North Star Road Development LLC (Dover), told me that he asked where to dump the dirt. I was wondering why he asked, but I showed a few bold spots in my yard.
At that time, I thought they were going to bring the rest of dirt to somewhere, but they dumped all dirt to the neighbor’s yard. I was not aware while they were doing it. I have asked to Frank many times to remove the dirt, but it has been almost 4 weeks and they have done nothing for the removal.
I have been making a call and leaving a voicemail almost every day but no returning call. He just ignore my messages.
I have already paid in full. I paid $3,000 at the beginning, and paid $5,300 on the day of concrete, which included additional $1,500 that was not in the original contract. I argued with him, but he threatened me to pay them all. The total amount I paid is $8,300 ($3,000 + $3,800 + $1,500). The amount in the original contract is $6,800.
Repairing original driveway and sealing pavers have not been done. Concrete is a terrible job. I regret that I hired this contractor.

I would like to amend my review of May 26th. Due to a series of perceived rather than actual problems ,I gave them a bad review . But they came back and corrected things , in fact Frank has gone above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with the work. and I would recommend them ,their work on my driveway has turned out to be first rate.
