We were hired to haul equipment to his job in Omak, Washington from Kalispell, Montana. A mathematical error was made on the trucking costs, and they canceled the check for services. We have not been able to collect payment and Andy Carpenter continues to evade our bill. This occurred in the spring 2014, and it is now February 2015. Small claims court is our only solution to resolve payment.
It is unfortunate when civil solutions outside of court can't be found.
