WHere do I start... They just can't seem to get it right!!! After redoing the ceiling in my living room AT LEAST 5 times I finally said "just forget it", which is actually what Perry told me another customer had done. They ruined my pocket door that now can only be fixed by removing a wall, installed tile over the window so when we got new windows a year later the tile had to be removed, the white grout in my kitchen (which goes all the way to the ceiling) turned yellow and when they came to address that issue whatever they sprayed on it ruined my subway tile and I now have permanent streaks on it that I cannot remove AND the grout is starting to turn yellow again, they replaced quarter inch thick paneling that I had asked them to keep with very, very cheap "something". And, in the end, Perry never came back to even see the finished job.
