I hired this company in 2007. The work that was done on my home left my home unsafe and to this day breaks my heart. Some examples of the "work" done include: windows not sealed, plywood left around new windows leaving our home exposed to the elements, the deck remains unlevel, the deck roof supports were cracked, one window was not even measured to meet fire code, and some windows do not even have serial numbers registered with the manufacturer.
This company is NOT accredited with the BBB and from my experience with this company the work on my home I can only assume explains why. John Zerbini refused to respond to both the BBB and myself...since 2007.
We continue to attempt to recover from what was done to our home and even now 8 years later our windows need to be replaced bc the seals are broken. The amount of money spent on repairs I do not even want to add up.
The work was so badly done and obviously unsafe that we had to fire him after paying him $23,625.74 or we would owe him even more for damaging our home.
That was his pre-holiday gift to us. My daughter sitting in our home wearing her winter coat as our house was left in disrepair. I can only laugh at his "lifetime guarantee".
Please go elsewhere and do not endure what my family and I did.
