Francisco went about the job very knowledgeable, floor looked good until I got a closer look, I now have several low spots were floor was sanded to much in one spot, sent a message on email and also voicemail he will not return my calls, nor did he bring me a paper copy of invoice,now the same wood that he replaced will now have to be replaced again to correct problem as a result I cannot recommend him!!
