I would definitely not hire northern states const.
he puts on a good show until you make a down payment
then will not return calls e/mail or letters by mail.tells fibs about why he is not
the work on time . we are 12 weeks past starting date on a project.
he takes your money and runs, you should run as fast as possible away from him
northern states is trouble -

He took our money and never returned to the job. Multiple phone calls, emails, and text he will answer. We now have hired another contractor to finish the project and a lawyer to get our money back.
