I called northern's one hour heating due yo my furnace went out in the winter.
They sent a person out for a charge of $159. He looked at the furnace and said I needed a new blower motor and someone be out the next day if they had one or it might be a week to get one. Well the person came out the next day and said it was not only the blower motor but I needed another part and the cost for both would be $1775. I paid this amount. Well after 5 trips out to fix the furnace and 10 days I finally gave up. Each time someone came out they found something else but there was no charge. Finally the last guy, who was the first guy, came out and he was very rude. as of today my furnace has not gone out again.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
