I will rate this company to be absolutely HORRIBLE ! I thought they were licensed to do landscaping and discover that they're not. They have again misrepresented themselves. DO NOT waste your time with these CROOKS !!!!!!!

Northgate Land Development is not licensed to do infrastructure. They are a fraudulent and incompetent contractor who only is license to do clearing, grubbing. Do not believe the false advertisement. Look on Louisiana Contractor's website and you will find there citation for not being properly licensed.

We had a wonderful experience with this contractor. Did everything they said they would and more. Also checked with the contractor's board and they DO have proper infrastructure licence. Brent and they dont do landscaping. Sara P and Brent T must have the wrong company.
