BEWARE! Jerod was hired to build a new house for us. Long story short, when asked to attach the sheathing to every stud as required by building code, he packed up and left. Much of what he did had to be redone by others. We didn't sue him because we didn't think we'd see a dime even if we won a judgement against him. In Minnesota, an unpaid judgement expires after 10 years, or so. In our case, the state fined him for working without a license. It turns out, he has a lot of law suits against him in Minnesota. A public records search in Minnesota shows multiple cases against Jerod and his various company names.
