I hired Marcin and his team for new sewer line. My old has to go because was damaged by tree roots.
Northshore Plumbing pricing were similar to others companies but quality of work was outstanding.

Northshore Plumbing is all you would ever want from a professional. Timely, responsive, clean, exceptional and efficient work! I would recommend them before anyone else. Too bad they only do plumbing!

This was our second time hiring Northshore Plumbing to do a big job in our condo building. Marcin and his team replaced two big hot water tanks which were on the verge of collapse and a number of pipes around them. Everything about the project, from getting a quick and fair estimate to clean-up after the work was completed, was absolutely exemplary. Marcin is very professional, responsive and reliable. His plumbers are very skilled and neat.

It was so refreshing to work on a big project with a team that left no reason for us to call back and complain about one thing or another. We just called back to express our thanks for a job well done.

Good response and experience, called evening before and he came out the next morning to diagnose and fix a kitchen sink drain that was clogging over and over after I was repeatedly clearing with draino! Diagnosed and uncovered the core issue was much further up the system in my Condo building. Honest and reliable work, accurate diagnosis skills, I am very happy.

Northshore Plumbing is EXCELLENT. Excellent diagnostics, responsiveness, professionalism, communication/relationship with clients, workers, and timeliness. We purchased a home that was recently remodeled. Very soon after the purchase, we experienced a water disaster in an upstairs bathroom that resulted in the complete destruction of our kitchen. When the walls were opened up, a much bigger issue with the existing plumbing was discovered. We learned that the house had been remodeled without permits. Our remediation contractor and the village's inspectors all said that they had never seen anything like what was done in our house. Marcin, head of Northshore Plumbing, came out and analyzed the existing plumbing nightmare and designed a solution that would enable us to keep the design of the existing remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, meet the required village plumbing codes, but also require the least amount of additional demolition to do the repairs. We found Marcin to be very honest and extremely customer-focused. The plumbers who were at our home for three days were extremely knowledgeable and polite, did great work, and also cleaned up at the end of each day. Needless to say, their work passed the village inspection with flying colors! Even the village inspector complimented Marcin on his work. If Northshore can fix our problem, they can fix yours!! I called Northshore Plumbing to repair a Gessi faucet which leaked and a Geberit wall mounted flush. My regular plumber would not attempt to solve these problems, telling me he was not at all familiar with European products and he’d recommend replacing the $1100 faucet entirely. Marcin not only diagnosed the issues over the phone indicating what parts I needed and where to get them, but came and switched out faulty parts with utmost efficiency and confidence. He is as courteous and dependable as he is competent. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Marcin and his crew are fantastic. I have worked with him multiple times now. He is a very smart plumber, a great problem solver, and quick to develop clever solutions. He is responsive, communicates well, and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew are incredibly efficient, hard-working, no-nonsense. They show up, work hard and fast, and they are surprisingly tidy. They are also very good at dealing with vintage buildings (ours is a 1928 high rise with the usual challenges in terms of plumbing). When my building engineer saw the work Marcin did in our kitchen he asked for his card so he could hire him to do work for the building. That tells you a lot.

Marcin is an amazing plumber and so are his men. They come in, analyze what needs to be done then do it. No chit chat, no wasting time and the work is always first rate. Marcin looked at a photo of work done in my neighbor's bathroom sink and knew it was not to code. It was done by a plumber recommended by our engineer. They did not know the code. Marcin did. Northshore plumbing came and updated old plumbing in my house for a kitchen renovation, they were very thorough, followed all codes and regulations, and did it in a very timely fashion. I would not hesitate to call them with any future projects!

The first time we used Marcin was when we had a room addition four years ago. The Contractor we were using used him for the room. Shortly after that we were having a problem( unrelated to the new room) with a toilet that needed to be replaced. I called the contractor to get the name and number of Marcin. He was responsive to my call and to the urgency of getting the toilet replaced. All of the advice he gave me, place to go to purchase the toilet, brand and installation of the toilet were all PERFECT!
When we had a problem with our hot water tank, I immediatley called Marcin ~ I knew he would take care of it for us with out any hassels. I love this guy and recommend him whenever anyone asks if I know a good plumber. We also used him when our flood control needed to be replaced. He is always neat and leaves whatever area he is working in exactly the way he found it. We also felt that his prices where very fair.

Marcin provided excellent service. We have some finicky Dornbracht faucets that required warranty replacement. He fixed those plus a number of other minor issues around the house. When one of the replacement parts was later shown itself to be defective, he came back no charge to replace the replacement. Thanks much, Marcin, we will hire you again!

My first encounter with Northshore Plumbing was after flooding in Skokie. Despite years of excuses from previews plumbers Marcin was able to solve prior problems and ensured a dry basement.
