Northside Turnkey Service

My experience doing business with this man was very stressful. He did a back patio with a concrete slab and painted the house which is mostly brick for almost 8k. The only part that looks professional is the concrete. I would not advise or recommend anyone to use Northside Turnkey Service because he is definitely only out to take your money. He wants to make sure he gets your $ upfront then when it's time to do the job it's like pulling teeth. I know my husband and I work too dam hard for our $ just like everyone out here who is trying take care of their family and pay their bills. I never give reviews on the internet but this man is a RIP off and everyone needs to know it. Anyone who reads this please do yourself a favor and find another contractor. The headache and waste of your hard earned $ is not worth it!

It a thief.Reading these reviews now cant help me get my money back. I hope other people read this and DoNot Hire this people. He never completed his work and he place flooring down that I didn't want. With all these complaints let's take him to court or run him out of business

Dwayne Mayberry is a thief Who took advantage of me after the Harvey flood. My house was flooded and I hired northside turnkey services i.e. Dwayne Mayberry to do the repairs after the flood. I paid him $40,000. Once he received the money he would not show up for work, I would literally have to beg him to show up to do any repair work. He was highly rated by Home Depot so I did not think I would have a problem. He never finished the work and the work he did do was horrible at best. I ultimately had to hire a different contract for the job. The 2nd contractor had to redo the little work actually done by northside turnkey services because the work they did was so horrible. Dwayne stole my money and ultimately cost me more money to have my house repaired. I took this issue up with Home Depot who actually wrote me a check for $10,000 which was a help but for from the $40,000 Dwayne stole from me. Dwayne took it vantage of a family who lost everything to the Harvey flood and has never had any remorse or even attempted to repay the money he stole. My family is still suffering because of this horrible man. Do yourself a huge favor and stay for far far away from northside turn Key services a.k.a. Dwayne Mayberry.
