Brandon has refused to finish warranty work as the smoke detectors he installed have now failed twice in less than 18 months. He installs but to get him to fix his poor work is near impossible. Actually he hung up on me when I tried to call after he didnt respond to my request to fix faulty smoke detectors. He was not happy that I texted him when my smoke detectors failed twice early this morning. I didnt text him when they went at at 130 am but when they went off at 630am I had enough. His response was....You woke me up. This is the second time he installed bad smoke detectors. And he is upset with me for complaining?!?!?!?!?
