We took possession of our home in December 2017. In March of 2019, we experienced a collapse of our main sewer line in 2 places. We had Spiers plumbing do the work. This is a company that Northstar partners with. They informed us that the collapse was due to poor workmanship We have reached out to Northstar homes more than 20 times via email, text, messages on their website, letters and registered letters and they have not responded. Currently, they have homes for sale in Syracruse UT. I will be leaving them another letter on the door of these homes. The costs of the repair and the repair of the damage to the landscaping totals more than $20,000.
