    Modular home
    $300,000

    Total disaster. The company is under new management and completely incompetent. We are currently six months behind schedule with a house with broken floor joists and water leaks. Please call me (515)-314-7316 before you think about using northstar. You are welcome to tour our northstar property.

    400 days

    Do not use NORTHSTAR HOMES. Call GREAT WESTERN or another. I'm still waiting for my house that's 2 months late, and paid in full. No concern for their clients. Unprofessional and indifferent to their clients. Again, still waiting for my home, one excuses after another.
