Juan Humberto Lopez
Sole Owner
I hired Juan to fix my drip irrigation system. After sharing with him the areas needing to be fixed, he said that he would not only replace one part, he would ensure that by the time he left, all the stations would be working from the control panel. As he left before I could review his work, I discovered that somehow, he actually made the problem worse - no stations were able to work either from the control panel or to turn on manually. When I reached out to him, he agreed to come back the following week. I was surprised that after I had spoken to him, he said that he would charge more to program the control panel, that was just one area where he kept changing his story. During this time, he also said he would write up an invoice for the work he had done. While he never sent the invoice, he also never showed up to rectify the damage he had done (my now inoperable system). Given his lack of integrity in job performance and lack of follow through, as someone who prides herself in hiring local businesses, I am disappointed.
Days later, with my trying one more time to reach him, in our text correspondence, he did agree to refund a small portion of the money which was appreciated. Had he gone the extra step, though to actually finish what he had originally said he would do, things would have been much simpler.
