Absolutely would not recommend this builder I had my house built 3 1/2 years ago and so many things were done wrong I’ve had to have so many thing redone and pay money out to other contractors. Most recently all my stones in front of my home are falling out due to the wrong mortar was used for this type of stone. My deck wasn't put in right had to hire an attorney to get it redone. My concrete isn’t done well at all. The cleanup was not done properly at the end of the build. So many other things were left undone my boots on my roof were never sealed, my yard drainage had to be redone, my flood lights were put in with drywall screws and not caulked which caused water to get into my fixtures, my garage floor didn’t have any cuts put in it which is causing cracking. Very slow drug out the whole build should have been done in a year but took extra 5 months.
