Our AC started short cycling on Sunday afternoon. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Darren Ward that evening and explained that I had a birthday party the next day (the hottest day of the year, so far), with family coming in from Tennessee. Darren called me back immediately and said he would come over first thing in the morning and fix the system. When he arrived, he found that one of the valves in the outdoor compressor unit was bad and un-repairable. He and his partner replaced the outdoor unit and the indoor coil and had the AC working by the time the guests started arriving for the party. The new unit is much quieter and much more efficient than the 33 year old unit it replaced. They were fast, courteous, and very respectful of our property while completing the job. I am not sure any other company would have worked so hard to satisfy us in this short of a notice... Very impressed.
