NW Contour built us an amazing house in Seattle. The overall design of the house was executed perfectly and the attention to detail is clear in every room. The kitchen especially turned out to be amazing and their ability to source some very specific, extra large single-piece slabs of stone was unreal. Being a new construction, especially with the difficulties of the pandemic, we expected there to be some issues that came up during the warranty period. When we bought the house NW Contour provided a very detailed and expansive list of all of the warranties and their remedies and honored all of them -shower head had a malfunction, and a few drywall touch-ups. Going to re-hire NW Contour for an ADU project next!

We were looking for a home for well over a year with no luck. We quickly learned that Seattle is full of cookie cutter new 'modern' homes that are built in a few months with materials that felt and looked super cheap. By shear luck we stumbled on a NW Contour home and instantly fell in love. The owner is not your standard builder. He has an incredible eye for detail which resonates throughout the entire house. We ended up buying the house pre-sale (because the other NW Contour home we viewed sold the day after we saw it) and couldn't be happier. As first time home-owners we were also totally blown away by the comprehensive 1-year warranty. There were a couple of minor issues (towel bar in the bathroom becoming loose, sliding door sticking a bit), however when asked the team came out within a week or two and fixed things up. I can't recommend these guys any more.
