Never buy a home from Northwest Family Homes! We have been trying for 3 years to have repairs made that were supposed to be covered by our homebuilders warranty. We have been consistently blown off or made false promises. They failed to properly turn over the HOA and we are still dealing with this nightmare. If you value your money, but a home from a different builder that actually cares about their clientele.
