He is a fraud. I ordered James Hardie siding and he put up Allura and charged me for James Harding siding - I have the paperwork and pictures to confirm all this. Also caulking was non-existent around windows, had holes in caulking, caulking was dirty and was smeared. Chipped trim. Tire tread marks on trim around windows. Also voided warranty on fiber cement siding by caulking butt joints. Both Allura and James Hardie specs advise DO NOT caulk joints, but install flashing behind the joints.
