Let’s see...lets start when it was new....cutting the carpet to lay a slash was put in the kitchen tile. North woods solution? Glue it! Glue a slash in a $200,000 hone. It held u see a month. Let’s fast forward....where they put the 2 pieces together? It split apart. Some bolts had never been properly tightened. I DO HAVE PICTURES! Clips breaking off water lines holding them up, wouldn’t didn’t fix them we did. Excuse? Never had it happen b4. Drywall cracks either not fixed or not fixed right to where they showed again. Acres &/nails pop out from the ceiling...
Don’t get me wrong when you walk in it’s lovely! Just don’t look in any corners. Oh & be prepared to pay for all of this b4 you have any kind of chance to see it. IF & WHEN they come back for repairs they fly through & do 1/2 a job.

Where do I begin.. 4 years ago we had a house built by Northwood’s. I had a brand new farmers sink installed. When I arrived to the house to check out the progress they had tools inside my sink and scratches every where. Common sense you don’t put tools in a stainless steel sink! I got to use my big bathtub ONCE since living here because it has a leak. A couple winters ago our heater stopped running. Turns out they didn’t make the pipes long enough on top of the house so they were clogged with snow. I’m writing this review 4 years later while my 4 year old heater is not working. A piece from the heater is burnt, thank god we haven’t had a fire yet. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. They do their job half ass.
