At first Josh was very happy to do our house remodel. He had some great ideas. He is experienced with doing roofs. The problems is there was to much drama with him and his crew. Also, he does not put in a full day of work and does not like to finish anything.
He needs to be better organized, have better time management and is over price for the quality of work he did on my home. I had to create a to do list for him to keep him on task every week.
Near the end of our project he rush his work and it became very sloppy. We feel he did not want to be here anymore. He just wanted his money and move on to the next smaller project.
We was very disappointed in the dry wall - with seams showing. The trim work is uneven.
It was a big project and he did admit it was more than he could handle, after the fact.
He says his work is guarantee for a year but once he left my home, he will never answers my phone calls or my text message. I bet he will in 2 years and then charge me for the fixes.
Now, We have leaking into the house where the plumbing pipe goes through the roof. The bathroom door trim is not done. The Snow Jacks for the metal roof were not put on and really I would like this done before the snow flies. The drywall should be redone and he missed nail holes and cut an outlet box to big with a sloppy patch job that is unacceptable. I could go on but I rather he come back and finish his job.
He is a great salesman but need follow though on the projects. I know that everyone I talked with would say, Josh is a nice guy, BUT …… I say, “He is a nice person but he needs someone to keep him on task and focused”.
